For moderators
Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rules for accessing and using the TamTech Workplace platform in order to ensure efficient and secure management of users and features.
Article 2: Platform Access
Only users authorized by the administrator have access to TamTech Workplace. This platform allows organizing synchronous virtual activities such as work sessions, conferences, round tables, and forums, requiring active moderation.
Article 3: Registration and Use
Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. They are required to keep this data up to date. As a moderator, you are responsible for monitoring the compliance of this information and ensuring its accuracy.
Article 4: Security and Confidentiality
Users must keep their credentials confidential. TamTech implements security measures in accordance with Law 09-08. As a moderator, you must ensure compliance with these measures and protect data.
Article 5: User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for their actions on the platform. Any violation or misuse must be reported and may result in immediate account suspension. As a moderator, you must monitor and manage such behavior.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
The content of the platform, except for elements specific to TamTech, belongs exclusively to the platform. Any infringement must be reported and handled according to guidelines.
Article 7: Acceptance of the Terms
Users accept the Terms during registration. As a moderator, you ensure the application of these conditions and that users understand them properly.
For users

To access the platform, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date to ensure proper use of the services.
Article 4: Security and Confidentiality
Your login credentials must remain confidential. TamTech protects your personal data in accordance with Law 09-08. You benefit from a secure platform for your exchanges.
Article 5: User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for all actions performed from your account. Any activity not compliant with the Terms or the law will result in immediate suspension of access.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
The content and elements available on the platform are the property of TamTech. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Article 7: Acceptance of the Terms
By validating your registration, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them while using the platform.
